Is this just another personality test?
No. A DiSC profile is a starting point, not the product. The work is what you do with it—recognizing a pattern in a real interaction and adjusting how you handle it. The assessment takes minutes; the value is in the application.
How is this different from typical communication training?
Most training explains ideas in a classroom and hopes they transfer. inSpark starts from the real situations you're dealing with—the conversation that keeps stalling, the tension that resurfaces—and works on those directly, with structures you can use the same day.
Do I need to know anything about DiSC first?

Is this for organizations or individuals?
Both, through different doors. Organizations work with inSpark on team alignment, communication, and execution. Individuals can start on their own with a single situation. See Organizations or the individual path.
What actually happens when we work together?
For teams, it starts with a conversation to understand what's really going on, then a tailored engagement—often built around Everything DiSC and reinforced over time. For individuals, you can start with a Practice Lab or a Discovery session and build from there.
What does it cost?

Do you work remotely, or only in person?
Both. inSpark is based in the Pacific Northwest and works with clients nationwide, in person and remotely.
Is inSpark an authorized DiSC partner?
Yes. inSpark is an authorized Wiley partner. Everything DiSC assessments are administered through Wiley's official platform, and participants keep ongoing access to their profiles through Catalyst.
